FACILITY FACTS
10-12 yrs must have parent in facility (13 and up do not need parent in facility).
We have two heated, indoor pools.
- The larger of the two is 25 yards long, has four lanes, with a pool lift for special needs access.
- The smaller pool is approximately 1/3 the size of the larger, 4' at the straight edge, 3' at the curved edge, with graduated steps and handrails.
- There is a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- We offer Aqua Aerobics, Senior Water Exercise, Arthritis Water Exercise, Pre/Post Natal Classes and swim instruction for ages 6 months through adult.

Our Spin Room is located within our Fitness Center.
- It contains 19 Star Trac Spinner Pro bicycles that are utilized during our Group Cycling classes. See the Group Exercise schedule for class times. Space is limited; participants must sign in.
