In March of 2005, the Hugh and Connie Codding Fitness Center was opened. Our 4,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility has a full array of cardiovascular and fitness equipment including:

Resistance bands and other equipment.
Included in the Fitness Center is a Group Cycling Room fully equipped with 20 Star Trac Spinner Pro bikes with both toe cages and SPD clips available. Enjoy one of the 17 group cycling classes that are offered each week, see the Group Exercise Class Schedule for more details.
AGE GUIDELINES
7 Years and Under are not allowed in the Fitness Center
Aged 8 - 12
Supervision is required at all times by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
Restricted from using the Fitness Center Mon-Thur 5:00 - 7:30pm.
For cardio workouts, see Cardio Kids.
For strength-training workouts, see Family Fitness.
Aged 13 - 14
Cardio workouts are allowed without supervision. Must have liability waiver on file in Member Center.
Strength training allowed after successfully completing Teen Strength Training Program. Parental permission required.
Aged 15+: Fitness Orientation available but not required.
