Join us for a yoga class that is specifically designed just for Vets. It's fun, will make you feel better and all are welcome.
Meets in the Multipurpose Room. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
Fee: 12 weeks for $120 (Researd Participants attend free - call number above to get on that list).
Research Option: Classes are free for research participants. Research entails simple measurements done on site during regular classes.
