Mondays: 15 minutes of supervised free play, then cooperative group activities and games.
Wednesdays: 15 minutes of supervised free play, then to the Aerobics Studio for "circuits" to help improve endurance, balance, strength and flexibility.

Fees
Punch Card good for 8 classes: $16 for Facility & Program Members.
Drop-in and Non-member: $3 per class
