Our 4,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility has a full array of cardiovascular and fitness equipment including:
Children 7 Years and Under are not allowed in the Fitness Center. Please use our ChilldWatch services.
Children Age 8 - 12: Parents & children may participate in our Family Fitness program by completing (2) Fitness Orientations. Orientations must be completed with a parent/guardian (18+). After successfully completing the orientations, parent & child may strength train together during specified times. Parental supervision required at all times. Children are restricted from using the Fitness Center from 5p-7p, Monday-Thursday.
Youth Age 13 - 14: Prior to using the Fitness Center, teens must complete (2) Fitness Orientations. Parent/guardian is required to attend the first orientation. Please inquire with a Wellness Coach and we’ll be happy to show you the safe & fun way to workout. After successfully completing the orientations, teen may utilize cardio & strength training equipment without immediate adult supervision.
For Age 15+: Fitness Orientation available but not required.
Let us get to know one another! Whether you want to use the fitness center, take group exercise classes, use the pool or play sports; our wellness staff will discuss your goals and help you get started. Members 15 years and older can utilize up to (2) free Fitness Orientations.
Your one-on-one appointment will include; us learning more about you, establishing short, medium & long-term goals, an introduction to our online nutrition tool, an overview of how to use our ActivTrax system, and the development of a customized and easy to follow plan. Appointments may be scheduled by the Fitness Center staff or in the Member Center.
