Foundational Building Blocks:
- Goal Setting
- Stress, Sleep and Self-care
- Planning and Time Management
- Meet twice a week for 6 weeks
- Mondays—Education/Discussion of the Foundational Building Blocks
- Fridays—Group Exercise class catered just for this group.
- Discussions are led by trained health and lifestyle coach.
