Want to keep your plans and achieve your goals?
If so, this is the program for you and now is the time!
The 90 Days to Wellness program offers tools, resources, frameworks, and community support for you to flourish in 2019.
With a small group of 8-10 people, you will learn components of a healthy lifestyle including goal setting, exercise, nutrition, stress management, a new frame of reference and balance.
Sample topics include:
Sustainable habit change
SMART-ER goal setting
Planning for challenges
Safe principles of exercise
