Need some extra support during these challenging times? Nicole Martinovich, Healthy Initiatives Coordinator and Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach is available for free sessions via zoom to share tips and tools, perspective and options for exploring, experiencing and managing your health and life.
Taking & Setting Your Emotional Temperature will provide a time and space for you to identify how you are feeling at the start of the week, how you want to feel throughout the week, and create a plan to help guide you to the week you want, on Monday mornings at 10:00 am. On Wednesdays we will meet at 1:00 pm for “Workshop Wednesday” for a midweek check in – trouble shoot, brainstorm, course correct as needed. And on Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm we will meet to relax, reflect, laugh, unwind and ease into the weekend.
