The Y Lifestyle Lift Program is designed to help you achieve your goals by increasing your awareness of what influences your lifestyle choices and help you make choices that are more aligned with your goals. When it comes to weight management, there isn’t a “one size fits all” strategy. Every body is different. Achieving and maintain your healthy weight is a combination of food choices, environment and physical activity. This program helps participants build skills and daily habits toward weight management. Let’s get started!
Program Nuts and Bolts
Meet twice a week for 4 weeks.
Mondays, we explore topics such as goal setting, safe exercise principles, diet & eating action plans, and strategic planning
Fridays, we have a group exercise class catered just for this group.
Program led by Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach
