Are you a Y Member Working out with us from home?

Please be sure to check in here with your Y barcode number each time you take a class!

(Checking in with your barcode # will help us track participation with our Virtual Classes)

In light of the current shelter in place orders due to COVID-19 our usual fitness routines are disrupted.  To help you stay healthy and motivated during this time at home the SCFYMCA staff is working to offer you online resources.

Live classes

By joining in on any of our live classes, you are agreeing to our Waiver of Liability, Health Disclaimer & Safety Warning.
We post the zoom links daily - an hour or more prior to the first class of the day
The password will be our Y’s phone number, 5459622.
These classes are open to the community.  Please observe appropriate conduct at all times and instructors can remove participants at anytime if needed.

If SCFYMCA members want to meditate live with Jeff and Ann at 6pm on Mondays, they can email Ann at to be given the link. While this is free and open to all Jeff and Ann want to maintain a sense of local community and not post the link publicly.
