(flyer) Join Daniel for an hour of demonstration and exploration of the QueenAx apparatus.  

Free for members. 8 people maximum. Sign up at the Member Center. After this 4-week drop-in class, the group will transition to fee-based small group personal training.

Join us for Spin-A-Thon this year with 5 hours of jam-packed energy, adventurous rides, games, prizes, and even Karaoke spin! Funds raised provide financial assistance and quality enrichment programs to low-income individuals and families.

Make dinner a selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support Sonoma County YMCA. Come to the Chipotle at 2182 Santa Rosa Ave in Santa Rosa on Tuesday, March 27th between 5pm and 9pm.
