Please note the following class cancellations:


Wednesday 11/25/15:  There will be no 5pm water exercise class.  We will offer adult open exercise during that time.  All group exercise classes scheduled after 4pm are canceled. 

We will be closed Thanksgiving Day.

Friday 11/27/15:  There will be no 6am Cycle class.  All other exercise classes as scheduled.

Saturday 11/28/15:  All group exercise classes are canceled due to our Annual Gobblestoppers event.

Each year, when the dishes and napkins settle, the Sonoma County Family Y sets out to help our community cease the Thanksgiving madness and STOP GOBBLING!!


This is a great time for members to try out a new class or different instructors. Join us on Saturday, November 28th, starting at 8:00 am. Try one, two, or all of our offerings, from our healthy buffet of fitness feasting!

The Y’s camp experience is back for the holiday season, and is offering up some adventure and unique experiences!


Our programs are designed for kids ages 6-12, and activities include the following: Baking projects, arts and crafts, games, and even songs and skits!

Classes begin Nov. 1


TRX is a suspension trainer that uses gravity, and your own body weight, to increase core & muscle strength, joint stability and cardiovascular fitness.


Exercises are designed for ALL LEVELS, from the advanced athlete to the fitness novice. Your TRX Coach will give you instructions during class to customize your workout for your fitness level and to help you meet your goals.
