EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a way of hacking directly into the central nervous system and the non-verbal parts of the brain that control fight or flight.
EFT is a physical tapping practice where the client/participant uses their fingers to tap on ten acupressure points that may:

  • alleviate stress and depression
  • increase immunity
  • reduce pain
  • support relationship challenges
  • enhance a feeling of calm
