We've launched our new virtual platform! The platform is called Y360, which will be a value added (free) benefit with all Y membership categories.
With Y360, you will be able to select from an array of offerings to stream from the comfort of your home or even while on vacation or on the go, in order to remain connected to the Y community!!!! Experience all the Y has to offer with everything from fitness classes, to art exploration, youth enrichment & sports, mindfulness practice, and guided nutrition programs!
Each summer the Y provides opportunities to 3,000+ youth to explore and experience new adventures, regardless of ability to pay. You can help kids have the best summer ever by selecting one or more of the items on our wish list that you would like to donate directly to the Sonoma County Family YMCA.
With commitment, effort and support, it is possible to change our metrics. The Move Your Metrics program provides metrics measurements, structure, education, support and accountability to help you move your metrics to reduce your risk.
