Summer Camp
Every child deserves a summer filled with adventure, friendship, and unforgettable memories. At the Sonoma County Family YMCA, our Summer Camps provide kids withsafe, inclusive spaces to explore the outdoors, build confidence,
and learn life skills that last far beyond the season.
Whether it’s our Adventure Camp or Overnight Camp Ravencliff in the redwoods,your support helps ensure that every child—regardless of financial circumstance—has the chance to experience the joy of camp.
Send a kid to Adventure Camp for a week for $340, or to Overnight Camp for $936.
Swim & Water Safety
Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death for children—and it’s preventable. Through our Safety Around Water (SAW) program and year-round swim lessons, the Sonoma County Family YMCA equips kids with lifesaving skills and builds confidence in and around the water.
Your support helps us provide lessons to children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to learn to swim, ensuring every child in our community can feel safe, capable, and free to enjoy the water.
Child Care
$583 covers one month of quality after-school care, giving working parents peace of mind and children a place to thrive.
Support a Senior's Health
$76 provides one month of fitness and wellness programming for a senior, helping them stay strong, social, and independent.

Yes, we gratefully accept tribute gifts. Just include the name of the person you’re honoring, and we can notify the honoree or their loved ones of your generous gesture (without disclosing the amount, unless requested).
We do! Many companies offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your donation. Check with your employer or let us know—we’re happy to help complete any necessary forms.

- Become a More Than a Member monthly donor - Provide ongoing support to help sustain scholarships and access to vital programs year-round
- Join the Basementeer Program at Sports Basement - Select the Sonoma County Family YMCA as your nonprofit of choice and 10% of your purchases will benefit our Y—all while you receive member discounts.
- Donate your car through our CARS vehicle donation program - You can donate a car, truck, RV, or boat - running or not - and proceeds will support YMCA programs. It’s easy, tax-deductible, and a great way to give back.
- Link your Oliver’s Market Community Card - At no extra cost to you, a portion of every purchase will support our Y when you choose us as your designated nonprofit.
- Sponsor or participate in an event - From our Annual Charity Golf Tournament to movie nights and family events, there are many ways to get involved or offer in-kind support.
